Your Host: Dr. Diana Mercado-Marmarosh, MD
Dr. Mercado is the founder and CEO of OverAchieve Coaching, LLC, a board certified Family Medicine Physician, Clinic Medical Director, Ex Chief Medical Officer, ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider, Executive/ Charting and Time Management Coach for Physicians with ADHD or those with chronic procrastination and time-blindness. Prior to discovering life and ADHD coaching, Diana typically had 200 charts open and a graveyard of unfinished projects. But that has changed, and now she’s on a mission to empower physicians and healthcare professionals to create systems that facilitate leaving work at work and reclaiming their freedom of time and improve their executive function and optimize their energy level. She grew up believing that one's success depended on how HARD one was willing to work--(she was not aware of her own ADHD until med school). Now she has discovered the HACK--ADHD is her Superpower- she taps into her one's strengths and encourage others to do the same--she invites everyone to work SMARTER not HARDER. She is happily married with two pre-school-aged children and enjoys travel, painting, zumba, tapping meditation, and exploring different cultures.
