1. What is coaching? Its a way to understand your current thoughts and emotions and how those lead to your actions and are creating a result. Coaching is future focus and can help us get to any goal you have in mind. It is a space where you can come and be yourself without feeling judged. My job is to see your blind spots and help you discover the next steps to reaching any goal you want.

 

2. Can I do this on my on? Yes of course, but why would you want to? Lets do together, we get you there so much faster!

 

3. Who would benefit from coaching? Anyone who is ready to level up.

Don’t get confuse – its not meant to substitute for therapy. Therapy helps you understand your past and coaching helps you understand yourself and helps you take steps to reach a goal. 

4. Is there any evidence to coaching? Coaching- Supports and Improves Physician Wellness and Is Evidence Base.

“Physician leaders can guide physicians with suspected ADHD to seek professional help, offer support, and reinforce coping strategies. Leaders can implement workplace accommodations, capitalize on strengths and help compensate for weaknesses, decrease the use of ineffective disciplinary actions, welcome neurodiversity, and promote mental health and well-being. 5. Can my job help pay for coaching? Can it be written off in my taxes? Ask your institution if your cme funds or book money might be used for this program. Also check with your CPA to determine if this program can be used professional development. 

 

6.  How is the cost of private or group coaching determined? Most physician run coaching programs cost 3-10K for 2-3 months of coaching. Coaching -provides value that can’t me measured by number of hours you spend with me. I get it –the first time I invested in a program was last Oct it was 5k! It was hoping that something like this would help me understand myself better. My husband made sure I showed up to all the classes and told me to pay attention! But within couple of weeks he told he –he had gotten Diana 2.0- I was no longer being passive aggressive with him, screaming at the kids, complaining about my work. Now here I am with my own business empowering other to do the same! So would I do this again? Absolutely-I totally have 2 coaches—business and a life coach!

 

7.  What is the time commitment for private coaching? 45 Min

What is the time commitment for group coaching? 90 min per session – there will be recorded in case life happens—aware we are busy people.

8 .What makes this program different from other programs? You will walk away with tools that support you to reclaim 5-10 hours per week guilt free. We will work on your emotional and executive functions and discover how to use your zone of genius to support your ideal lifestyle.

9. What kind of guest speakers will you bring? Declutter, ADHD Parenting, Sleeping, Tapping Experts

10. Why do I need a minimum of 6 1:1! private sessions? Because evidence journal articles show that 6 session can really change one neuro-wiring--see the journals cited above. 

11. Will the sessions be recorded? Do I have to be on camera? Yes they will be recorded- no you don’t have to be on camera if you don’t choose to.

12.How long do I will I have access to the program? For 6 months after the program

13. Is there a payment plan for the current programs you offer?  Yes. 

Group Coaching 1- time payment of 1997;  or  3 payments of 725

Private Coaching 1- time payment of 3997 ; or 3 payments of 1397

14. Will Dr Mercado prescribe me medication for my ADHD? No, I am a physician but not  personal physician- I will be your coach. 

15. Can I get my money back if I don’t think coaching is right for me? Yes, you have 2 weeks to ask for your money back.
