We will work together for 12 weeks. You will watch a lesson each week and fill out an accompanying worksheet to prepare yourself for the 90-minute group call. During these session 4 expert guest coaches will lead discussions on topics such as medication, adhd accomedations, adhd parenting/relationship communication, sleep and nutrition.
Between calls, you can access the community through our Facebook group and direct messaging with me.

Emotions are not good or bad- they are just vibrations in our body that serve as a compass. Most individuals are not aware that emotional dysregulation happens when we become flustered with multiple decisions at once. Becoming aware of this concept alone can be the first step learning how to handle any challenge that we face.
Module 4: How to Embody Peace-Self Compassion
Without this, it’s really hard to do what’s best for you and put yourself first when you need to. So it’s essential to set aside time to learn to love and accept all of you and what makes you YOU.
