Amee Wayton

Amee Wayton is an ADHD coach that specializes in communication difficulties, strategies to improve personal and professional functioning, parent training and self-care. She was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 32 and began working with an ADHD coach. Amee Wayton began her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist and worked with children ages 12 months – 19 years old. Amee received training from the ADD Coach Academy. In 2017, she began her coaching business, HyperFocus Solutions, to be a support for adults diagnosed with ADHD. Amee currently lives in Hattiesburg, MS with her husband Adam and her son Archer.

Dr. Rashmi Schramm

Rashmi Schramm is a board certified family physician in my 21st year of practice. She is also a national board certified integrative health coach with a special interest in Ayurveda and meditation. She teaches two easy types of meditation: mantra and fully guided - known as Yoga Nidra.

Rashmi is the founder of Optimal Wellness, where she incorporates evidence-based meditation techniques into individual and group coaching. She helps busy women to ditch guilt and tap into inner peace and power so they can live more energetic and purposeful lives. 

Rashmi regularly hosts live weekly guided meditations for those interested in an easy and effortless way to either dip into meditation or go deeper into their practice.

Dr. Nerissa Bauer

Dr. Bauer is a behavioral pediatrician and entrepreneur in Carmel, Indiana. She left academia in December 2018 after burnout. She has a part time behavioral health practice. She created TEACH ME ADHD, an online course for families, is host of a Facebook Live show on behavioral health & parenting and founder of Let’s Talk Kids Health. She is a spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Funke Afolabi-Brown

Dr. Funke Afolabi-Brown is an assistant professor of pediatrics as well as a board certified pediatric pulmonologist and sleep medicine physician. She helps children sleep better and breathe better and by extension, she helps improve the sleep of their parents.

In addition to teaching and seeing patients, Dr. Brown is a speaker, an educator, a writer and the founder of Restful Sleep MD.

She is passionate about helping busy professional women and their children prioritize sleep to achieve their optimal health, and live to their fullest potential.

Rosemary Nichols

Rosemary Nichols is passionate about helping individuals cultivate self-compassion in their daily lives and use their organizing and decluttering challenges as opportunities to transform their inner critics into inner guides that encourage and empower them to move forward. Inspired by her journey of transforming her harsh inner critic into an inner ally, Rosemary has overcome her struggles with ADHD, PTSD, chronic disorganization, and clutter and developed a unique approach to helping individuals take control of their clutter, get organized, and cultivate harmony, functionality, and beauty in their home and work environments.

Dr. Adam Harrison

Adam Harrison is a physician, lawyer and leadership coach who, as a result of  his personal experiences, specializes in confidence and mindset coaching for physicians and other professionals who have been on the receiving end of workplace bullying.

As a former medical director, he has also work with medical leaders on developing kind leadership cultures based on the compassionate, servant and inclusive leadership model paradigms to replace  workplace bullying and replacing toxic cultures.

He strongly believes in doing work aligned ones own core values (his are honesty, justice, gratitude, love and humor). 

Most importantly though, he is married to an incredible female surgeon and is a father to two amazing girls who encourage him to work towards achieving that often elusive work-life balance.
